Test phase successfully completed – Move to new premises

After a successful test phase Suncycle implemented a completely new IP telephone system. This system renders all currently possible comfort services available for our After-Sales customers. The direct link to our ticket and CRM- system allows a comprehensive integration, even into existing systems of customers. Data entered into our ticket system will be transferred in real time to the systems of our After-Sales customers, just as if we were directly within your premises.
