Twenty minutes from Madrid lies our engineering center that serves southern Europe.

The Isseroda site is also home to our multilingual customer competence centre. This is part of our after-sales toolbox for the photovoltaic industry and offers customers an immediate added value in the professional handling of complaints. Service partner and technical training courses are offered here.

REPAIR METHODS

Certified repair methods are available for solar modules and all other photovoltaic components.

In particular, we are also able to deal with projects that involve larger quantities. Our processes and interfaces are geared to working directly with the manufacturers’ development and quality departments.

TEST PROCEDURES

Suncycle offers all common test and inspection methods for photovoltaic components in our  PV service centers.

Individual test and inspection specifications can be agreed for every order. The results of the analysis can be processed for all photovoltaic components in an open-interface ticket system and provided for the customers exactly assigned to each single serial number.

LOGISTICS

From our logistics hubs we control your warehousing, take care of customised order picking as well as inspections of incoming and outgoing goods.
